Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our gloves. You can return any unworn glove for refund or exchange, for any reason, within 30 days.

Holiday Note: For purchases made during the holiday season from November 15 to December 24, our 30 day return policy is extended to allow returns for 30 days from December 25)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please enclose your receipt as proof of purchase. You will need to pay for your return shipping costs when returning the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the initial shipping charge, within a week or less.

Late or missing refunds
If after a week, you haven’t received your refund:
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have a problem, please contact Susan at info@olympiagloves.com.

Sale items
Both regular priced items and sale items can be refunded, but deeply discounted closeouts may be subject to specific terms stated on the product page for that particular item. For that reason, please read the closeout item info and product details carefully.

Exchanges
We gladly exchange items within 30 days. If you want to make an exchange for size or any other reason, contact Susa at info@olympiagloves.com for further instructions and then send your item to: Olympia Gloves, 281 FIELDS LANE, BREWSTER, NY, USA 10509. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and we will then make the exchange and return your new selection back to you (shipping back to you at our expense).

Limited Warranty
We stand behind our products and will replace any items considered faulty due to materials or workmanship within 12 month. If you have an item that appears to have a materials or workmanship defect, please contact Susan at info@olympiagloves.com for further instructions and then send your item to: Olympia Gloves, 281 FIELDS LANE, BREWSTER, NY, USA 10509.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (less shipping). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $90, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
